If you have any concerns with the product please take photos and contact us immediately. All product is delivered in conditioned water. As our products are field grown and pesticide free the occaisional bug is part of the fun. Whilst best efforts are made to remove critters at our end please note we may not spot them all and refunds will not be provided unless genuine flower damage. 

Flowers are delivered to Florists from Sunshine Coast to Northern NSW from Tuesday-Saturday. 

Delivery is $30 per order or free for purchases over $1000.

Our delivery locations are restricted on a post code basis. If you receive a notification saying delivery is not available in your area however you are within our broad delivery zone please contact us to discuss options.
