If you have any concerns with the product please take photos and contact us immediately. As all product is delivered in conditioned water. As our products are field grown and pesticide free the occaisional bug is part of the fun. Whilst best efforts are made to remove critters at our end please note we may not spot them all and refunds will not be provided. 

Direct deliveries to Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast are Monday - Friday and is $30

Direct Delivery for Northern NSW down to Ballina and Lennox Head is Wednesday and is $35.

If you select a delivery date beyond 7 days then please note stock is not guaranteed. Seasonal variations can significantly impact the availability of product in any given week. Whilst ordering in advance will secure that product for you ahead of it being listed for sale it does not mean the product will necessarily be able to be harvested. We will contact you if we become aware that you have ordered a product that will likely not be able to be filled on your preferred delivery date.

Please note the buckets (inlcuding carboard collars and lids) the flowers are delivered in must be retained for us to collect on a subsequent visit. If buckets are not returned a charge of $15 per bucket will be applied.
